I further understand that all requests and approvals are subject to any Local, State, Federal, Historical Designations, and the governing documents of the Association. The Association assumes no responsibility in reviewing plans for compliance of any building codes or regulations. Prior to and upon completion of the project, I hereby allow the Board of Directors and its Agents to view and inspect the work in person and allow access of such person or person’s onto my private property to inspect, for the purpose of determine that the project was completed to specifications or drawings of the improvement request form. |
