Must be completed and submitted to your Associations Board Of Directors for approval, before you may alter any common or limited common area. You May not start any project without approval. This includes but not limited to satellite dishes, window or central air conditioners, screen doors, windows, painting, front doors, and fencing.

Your complaint will be investigated in a timely manner. If a violation has occurred, the Board of Directors will follow the procedures as stated in the governing documents.
